Skills & Experience:
- Degree of Teacher of Physical Education or other relevant degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Football Coach for children
- Having a Working with Children's check
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire children
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing coaching and training:
- Assessing player performances and identifying areas of improvement
- Developing tailored training programs to enhance individual and team skills
- Strategic planning and direction:
- Creating game strategies and developing play patterns for various match scenarios
- Analysing game footage to refine tactics and improve future performance
- Player motivation and supervision:
- Inspiring players to achieve their best through motivational techniques and positive reinforcement
- Overseeing practice sessions to ensure effective execution of training plans
- Recruitment and staff coordination:
- Identifying and recruiting talented players to join the team
- Coordinating with assistant coaches to other staff to ensure cohesive team management
- Recruiting talented coaches and assistants to promote a healthy and motivational soccer session
- Competition and event management:
- Organizing team participation in local competitions
- Managing logístical and supply arrangements for special events like carnival or birthday parties
- Promotion and skills development:
- Encouraging youth participation in sports through community outreach and promotional activities
Implementing skill development programs to foster growth in youth athletes
- Officiating and rule enforcement:
- Acting as a referee or umpire during practice matches to enforce rules and maintain discipline
- Coordination of sporting activities:
- Directing various sporting events and activities, ensuring sports operation and adherence to schedules

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
