Job Description
We're growing our Brisbane Interior Design team and would love to connect with Associate or Senior Associate level Interior Designers interested in large-scale public and event environments, alongside hospitality and retail projects.
This is a team leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing design, delivery and studio contribution.
You'll play a key role in:
* Leading and mentoring a small interior design team
* Driving design quality across complex, public-facing projects
* Staying hands-on from concept through delivery
* Supporting market-facing activity, including bids, presentations and client conversations
* Collaborating closely with architects and other disciplines in a multi-disciplinary studio environment
Qualifications
* Strong interior design experience across public, hospitality and/or retail environments
* Confidence leading teams and coordinating consultants
* Solid design and documentation capability
* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience contributing to proposals or client presentations
* Background in a multi-disciplinary design firm preferred
