About the role
The Property Contracts and Compliance Manager will effectively coordinate and support management of Estia Health’s property assets. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for central planning, scheduling and contracting of ongoing maintenance and capital upgrades, audits & reporting and providing specialist advice.
Working closely with our Property Service Managers (PSM), you’ll support home-based staff in order to develop, maintain and improve asset maintenance and compliance.
What you’ll do
* Manage our centralised property procurement strategy to maximise service within approved budgets, including ongoing performance and quality monitoring
* Plan, budget and schedule routine preventative maintenance works
* Ensure services provided are reliable, consistent and professional, and adhere to all compliance obligations
* Contribute to critical incident management including emergency response and insurance related works management
* Coordinate monthly purchase orders for maintenance and capex works including approvals and reporting
You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team. You’ll also have:
* Prior experience in property services management or similar, with relevant experience in contract management, processes and compliance management
* Sound understanding of property audit, essential services compliance and standards
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external service providers and excellent time management/organisational skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Property, Construction, Management) and knowledge or experience in Residential Aged Care would be highly advantageous
