**How will I help?**
Rock-solid relationships are at the heart of every Commercial banking decision we make. In this strategic role you'll work closely with Senior Relationship Managers across an Agribusiness portfolio to make sure those connections are second to none. Westpac Agribusiness is committed to sharing the journey with the industry and ensuring they are strongly supported and positioned for growth now and into the future.
Our Assistant Relationship Managers play a really important role in generating high-quality deals - helping with everything from credit submissions and deal structuring to financial analysis. Your financial insights will be put to good use, spotting any potential risks involved with existing or new clients and their financial requests. You'll conduct cash flow, risk and financial statement analysis, and regularly review portfolios to make sure the best quality credit is maintained, while making sure the relationships we have with our Agribusiness clients are kept in just as good shape.

**What do I need?**
Wed love to hear from aspirational professionals looking to develop into our Senior Agribusiness Bankers of the future! Ideally you have prior exposure to Agribusiness and some serious financial smarts, particularly when it comes to Business Banking. Ideally, you'll have had exposure to financial analysis and credit assessment and a robust understanding of business credit lending and risk/compliance processes. Furthermore, if you have a background in Agriculture we would also love to speak to you.
You'll be a natural communicator, able to engage and build genuine relationships with our customers, you'll work collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers. Your drive to succeed will help you tackle even the most challenging tasks with an open mind and energy!
A tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Accounting, Finance or Business is highly regarded.
