Strategic HR Liaison
We are seeking a Strategic HR Liaison to join our team in a 19:9 roster. This role will serve as a trusted advisor between HR and business operations, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives to drive performance and growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice to employees and management on HR-related matters.
* Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Guide organisational design and workforce planning to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional HR certification is advantageous.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner role.
* Experience in the construction or resources sector is preferred.
* Ability to commit to a 19:9 site-based roster.
