We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, seasoning and portioning a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our restaurant.

Main Responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes in line with our menu and customer preferences.
* Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
* Leading and training other kitchen staff on cooking techniques, procedures and company policies.
* Managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of fresh produce.
* Monitoring inventory levels, estimating and minimizing food wastage.
Requirements:
* Certificate 4 and Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef in Indian cuisine.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and safety protocols.
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
