Lead Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team.
* This is an exciting opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and their families in a variety of settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and community services.
* As a Lead Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical management and treatment to patients, as well as leading and mentoring junior staff members.
* You will also have the opportunity to contribute to teaching, research, and quality improvement initiatives within your service area.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities
* Provide diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Psychiatry to children, adolescents, and their families.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
* Must be registered, or eligible for registration, with the relevant health regulatory body.
* Hold Fellowship (or pending Fellowship) with the Royal Australian New Zealand College of Psychiatrists or equivalent.
* Have at least 3 years of Consultant/Specialist level work experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
