We are seeking an experienced Concierge / Front Office Receptionist to be the face of Stone Real Estate Cairns Beaches. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive and always thinking one step ahead.
You will play a key role in streamlining office processes, coordinating daily operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently and seamlessly. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, both over the phone and face-to-face
* Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries
* Oversee and manage all reception duties to ensure smooth daily operations
* Coordinate and maintain an organised, professional front office environment
* Provide general support to agents, assisting with administrative and operational tasks
* Assist in streamlining office processes to improve efficiency
* Proactively anticipate the needs of the team and provide solutions before issues arise
