We're seeking experienced FIFO Housekeeping Supervisors to join the Civeo team at a well‐established village. These are permanent, full‐time roles working an 8:6 or 14:7 roster that supports long‐term, sustainable FIFO careers.

About The Role
As a FIFO Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll be hands‐on and present on the floor, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation across accommodation and village facilities. You'll run the day‐to‐day housekeeping operations while being supported and trusted by leaders who genuinely want to see you succeed and build a long career with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise housekeeping team members
* Coordinate daily workloads and manage rosters
* Conduct room audits to maintain quality standards
* Complete reporting and administrative tasks
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams and residents
About You
* Australian working rights
* Current WA driver's licence
* Proven supervisory experience in FIFO operations
* Hands‐on housekeeping experience
* Experience with accommodation systems
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Passion for developing and supporting your team
