About the role As the Leading Hand Carpenter, you'll lead the day-to-day workshop activities at our Distribution Centre. You'll supervise team members including yard hands and service persons ensuring timely, high-quality work on the refurbishment, repair, and fit-out of portable buildings. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing carpentry work and modifications on portable buildings Supporting installation and demobilisation on customer sites Coordinating workshop schedules and ensuring safety compliance Mentoring the team and fostering a team-focused environment Conducting QA checks and collaborating with internal teams About You If you're a qualified carpenter with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality builds, this is your chance to take your career further.
