A seasoned financial expert is sought to spearhead a high-performing finance business partnering team. This individual will be responsible for developing, retaining, and coaching the team members.
* The selected candidate will collaborate with group executive leaders to provide actionable insights on operating results and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving performance enhancements.
* They will oversee the annual budget process, prepare reports for the board, and support the budget cycle.
* They must implement a dynamic 18-month rolling forecast system, maintain control over change logs and databases, ensuring that forecasts are accurate and up-to-date.
