Commercial Growth Manager
The objective of this role is to drive commercial growth in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver sales growth within Australia and New Zealand and drive sales volume to achieve and exceed set sales targets.
* Manage key account relationships and oversee all sales administration associated with these accounts.
* Continuously identify future growth opportunities and manage issues that may impact on the business.
* Develop and present accurate sales reports and budgets to management.
* Contribute to the development of product ranges, pricing policy, and retail strategies relevant to key partners.

Requirements:
* Professional candidate with experience in product development/sales and marketing within fashion retail and licensing.
* +5 years experience in an account management/BDM position with fashion apparel and/or licensing businesses.
* Business acumen with a strong understanding of financials and business analysis.
* Budgetary knowledge of cost centres.
* Ability to deliver innovative, creative, and visionary retail strategies.
* Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Works well under pressure and uses initiative to find solutions.
* Sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Effective communication and presentation skills at all levels of business.
