Job Opportunity:
This dynamic leadership role is responsible for the strategic and operational management of our Postnatal and Maternity Ward, Birthing Unit, and Special Care Nursery.
* Provide visionary leadership and expert clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and culturally responsive maternity care.
* Lead a committed team of midwives and nurses, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that clinical practice aligns with current evidence, professional standards, and organizational values and policies.
2. C coordinate service activities across a busy maternity service, managing human, physical, and financial resources effectively.
About You:
* A Registered Midwife with current registration through the relevant governing body.
* High-level clinical and operational management skills, with proven expertise in effective resource management.
* Passionate about making a difference in maternal and newborn health, with a desire to guide, inspire, and innovate in a supportive environment.
