Requirements
About The Role
We're currently seeking experienced Underground Grader Operators to join well-established small vein mining operation in Costerfield Victoria. You'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining underground roads and cutting effective drainage systems to keep operations running smoothly.
* Operate graders safely and efficiently in an underground environment
* Support general underground infrastructure as required
* Operate grader equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with mine site standards and procedures
* Conduct daily pre‑start checks and routine maintenance on grader equipment
* Identify and report hazards, defects, and maintenance requirements promptly
* Work collaboratively with other operators and supervisors to meet production and safety targets
* Contribute to a positive team culture focused on safety, respect, and continuous improvement
* Operating the water cart
* Managing dust‑suppression sprays
About You
Someone who is safety‑conscious, takes pride in their work, has good awareness underground, and can manage their day and week with minimal guidance.
* Proven Experience operating grader is essential
* Underground mining experience is required
* Preference will be given to candidates residing in Central Victoria
* Must hold a valid manual driver's licence
* Must have full working rights in Australia
