Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate 24/7 aviation security operations to achieve best-practice outcomes.
* Monitor contractor performance to meet mandated security standards and contractual obligations.
* Manage on-site responses to security incidents, working closely with internal teams, government agencies, and commercial stakeholders.
* Analyse security performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Support investigations and implement security measures that enhance safety and compliance.
