The Opportunity

The success of the partnerships we forge with our clients not only determines growth but fuels stronger engagements and drives higher‐value outcomes for both parties. As a Client Partner, you will build and nurture strategic client relationships with enterprise organisations, ensuring the clients' needs are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

This role focuses on driving growth and supporting existing delivery structures to ensure we're providing an optimal client experience. As a bridge between teams, you will drive the strategic development of partnership plans with our clients, identify opportunities, nurture them through to closure, and transition them to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships; provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to build trust, credibility and rapport with key POCs.
* Understand the client's business, industry vertical and unique challenges to build a vision, strategic objectives and long‐term roadmap.
* Gain and maintain knowledge of the client's business, industry and competition.
* Develop robust communication plans and engagement strategies, emphasizing strengthening key relationships and expanding stakeholder coverage across the organisation.
* Own the future‐state vision and strategic narrative associated with our partnership that underpins all workstreams and initiatives for cross‐functional teams to work towards.
* Ensure that business outcomes are clearly defined, approved and delivered with benefits realised and value articulated at each step.
* Provide thought leadership on emerging technology and the rapidly changing digital ecosystem across end‐to‐end marketing and campaign workflows.
* Drive discovery for new business opportunities and manage the end‐to‐end sales cycle, emphasizing pipeline generation, cross‐sell and up‐sell tactics.
* Orchestrate our cross‐capability operating model through an understanding of all ongoing fulfillment projects to continually reinforce ROI and future roadmap initiatives.
* Lead key milestones and drive collaboration across capabilities for partnership‐led workstreams, including QBRs and broader strategy & planning.
* Facilitate a uniform method for client experience across pillars and set clear expectations with capabilities to reinforce exceptional client service standards.
* Manage feedback loops with clients, including facilitating 360‐degree feedback and recurring pulse checks for continuous improvement of partnership quality.
* Problem‐solve and act as a change agent internally and externally to ensure clients can achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in client services, business development or consulting within the digital marketing and advertising or technology industries.
* Deep understanding of the digital marketing & advertising ecosystem, and awareness of the latest AI‐driven disruption, emerging technologies and innovation.
* In‐depth knowledge of the end‐to‐end marketing and advertising campaign workflows, as well as the content supply chain.
* Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Partnership management experience, with demonstrated abilities to manage and organise partnership plans, inform detailed project plans, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholder types from C‐suite to specialists.
* Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in writing business cases.
* Ability to present effectively and craft compelling proposals using Google Slides.

Preferred Requirements

* Experience with media and advertising technologies (including Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, etc).
* Experience with data platforms and analytics solutions (including GA4, Adobe Analytics and more).
* Experience with MarTech and CX platforms is desirable (including Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce, etc).
* Experience with content and creative asset production, or working with creative teams to develop fit‐for‐purpose content for cross‐channel execution.
* Strong grasp of the overall digital consultancy space, including knowledge of the Monks competitive set and our offerings across data, technology, content and digital media.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross‐functional teams and develop processes and workflows that increase revenue and value‐realisation for clients.
