About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Territory Manager to take ownership of our Northern VIC territory. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in the premium spirits industry to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both on-premise and off-premise channels.
· Strategically plan and consistently exceed targets, ensuring revenue and profit growth within your territory.
· Lead marketing campaigns, executing brief activities that resonate with customers and maximize brand exposure.
· Build strong knowledge of major liquor wholesalers and leverage those partnerships to drive business.
· Maintain an efficient call rate and meet the company's requirements, ensuring strong presence and brand impact across the region.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying new business opportunities and innovative strategies.
· Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly with On-Premise Groups & Cocktail Culture, positioning Amber Beverage as a key player.
· Demonstrate Amber Beverage's core values and vision in all interactions and decision-making.
· Be self-motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding service and results.
