Job Description:
North Valley Operations Pty Ltd is currently seeking an Office Administrator who can bring structure and efficiency to our growing operations. This role supports multiple departments and ensures internal processes remain organized, timely, and well-documented.
You will act as a central point of coordination within the office, helping maintain workflow consistency and supporting management with administrative planning tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal documentation and update company records regularly.
* Monitor office supply levels and liaise with vendors when required.
* Assist management with tracking reports and operational summaries.
* Organize schedules and support meeting preparation.
* Ensure day-to-day administrative processes are completed accurately.
Requirements:
* Experience in office coordination, administration, or similar support roles.
* High level of attention to detail and time management skills.
* Comfortable handling confidential information professionally.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
