We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with our hiring managers and HR team in delivering seamless end-to-end recruitment. This involves building pipelines, ensuring candidates have an outstanding experience, and managing end-to-end recruitment across digital, media, and creative roles.
Main Responsibilities
* Talent Sourcing: Develop and maintain sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to meet our business needs.
* Recruitment Delivery: Partner with stakeholders to deliver timely, inclusive, and compliant recruitment processes.
* Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate walks away with a positive impression of our organization.
Required Qualifications
* A minimum of 4 years' recruitment experience (in-house, RPO, or agency).
* Strong sourcing/headhunting skills across competitive markets.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Possession of a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and candidate experience.
