Responsibilities

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing compassionate and professional care to our patients. You'll act as an advocate for those in your care, delivering high-quality nursing services that align with our policies and standards. Working under the guidance of Registered Nurses, you will take responsibility for your actions while supporting and learning from experienced colleagues. Your role also involves actively participating in professional development and contributing to our Quality Improvement programs. If you're dedicated to making a positive impact we'd love to have you as part of our team!

About ISLHD

Wollongong Hospital is the Illawarra Shoalhaven's major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which includes the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services. Wollongong is located an hour's drive south of Sydney on a coastal strip bordered by the Royal National Park to the north, Lake Illawarra to the south, the Tasman Sea to the east and the Illawarra Escarpment to the west.
