The team provides professional building management where property and services are provided to government and non-government clients, and hireable venues spaces and precincts.We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic candidate to fill the role of Bookings and Operations Officer for several well-known hireable venues in Canberra, including Albert Hall, Fitters Workshop, Yarralumla Woolshed, Oaks Estate Community Hall, Former Transport Depot, and Tharwa Community Room.In conjunction with other team members, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service for venue hires.
This role requires excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
You will manage a high volume of booking enquiries and conduct onsite inspections, ensuring professional and timely service.
