Our busy Mater Hospital clinic in North Sydney is currently seeking an Office Manager to join the team.The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.**These hours can be flexible if you prefer an earlier start**Role Overview:From X-rays and ultrasounds to CT scans and MRIs, diagnostic radiology uses advanced imaging technology to give doctors and allied health professionals a clear, detailed view of what's happening inside the body. Whether it's detecting fractures, spotting infections, identifying tumors, or guiding treatment plans, our expert radiology team helps uncover the answers the patient needs—quickly and accurately. As the Office Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff and scheduling, ensure patient records and billing are accurate, and support efficient, high-quality patient care.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Day-to-day medical reception tasks; greeting and assisting patients, answering phone calls and emails, booking appointments, etc.Supporting the clerical team of up to 15 staff across medical receptionPlanning and managing daily clerical staff rosteringManaging the clinic's daily appointment scheduleHandling the clinic's daily banking and other financial applications and requirementsWorking closely with the Regional Manager, Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, and Radiologist(s)What we're looking for:People management and leadership experienceClear verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flowConfidence working across multiple screens and systemsA background in radiology or healthcare is highly beneficialExperience with COMRAD booking system and Microsoft Office is desirableWhat we can offer you:Annual salary between $80,000 - $90,000 (excluding superannuation)Annual remuneration reviewFitness passport, including full gym access and classesSupportive management that values your well-beingDiscounted and bulk-billed scans and services for you and your familyFlexible start times to suit your preferencesLearning and development:Comprehensive training to help you excel in your roleCareer opportunities across our diverse networkCollaborative and inclusive team environmentFree street parking and easy access to trains, buses, and metro linesVarious uniform options at no cost, with annual top-upsHow to Apply: Ready to contribute to exceptional patient care?
