Who Are We?
We are a fast‐paced, performance‐driven organisation focused on delivering measurable outcomes through data‐led marketing. Operating across multiple sectors, we execute high‐volume campaigns that rely on accurate, well‐structured data to drive targeting, engagement and conversion. Our culture is built on ownership, accountability and continuous improvement.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll take ownership of marketing data at a foundational level, focusing first on understanding, cleaning and structuring large volumes of contact‐level data across multiple systems. This includes reconciling datasets from platforms such as CRM, marketing automation tools, registration systems and external sources, resolving duplication, standardising key fields (email, name, company) and working towards a single, reliable view of each contact. You'll define where data should live and ensure there is a clear, consistent source of truth across the business.
You'll be responsible for building and enforcing strong data governance practices, including taxonomy, naming conventions, field structures and segmentation logic. A key part of the role is hands‐on data management—cleaning, validating and maintaining datasets to ensure accuracy, usability and compliance at scale. You'll also implement processes to control how data is uploaded, accessed and used, reducing inconsistencies and improving overall data integrity.
From an analytical perspective, you'll monitor data quality, list health and audience composition, identifying gaps and opportunities for enrichment and growth. You'll build dashboards and reporting that provide clear visibility into data accuracy, marketable audiences and performance trends, translating this into actionable insights for marketing and commercial teams. Working closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales and operations, you'll ensure data flows, integrations and automations are functioning effectively, supporting better targeting, stronger engagement and more predictable campaign performance.
