Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coburg, VIC for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers and sellers, managing the end-to-end sales process, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities will include conducting property appraisals, listing properties, coordinating with clients, attending inspections, and following up on inquiries. The consultant will collaborate with the sales team and use the latest technology and marketing tools to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and overall Real Estate knowledge
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales with a client-focused approach
* Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members
* Previous training or experience in the real estate industry is highly regarded
* Familiarity with the local real estate market, particularly in the Merri-bek and Coburg areas
* Proficiency in using real estate marketing tools and technology
* Valid real estate license or certification as required by Victoria regulations
