OFFICE MANAGER/ ADMINISTRATION
We are a produly Australian owned and operated trailer manufacturer
A unique position has become available, this role would suit a very well presented, well spoken customer service and admin professional.
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks working with sales, factory and office staff
You will be the first point of contact for our company.
Trailer industry knowledge would be highly regarded
You will have a proven track record with Office management. Duties include offering administrtive support across the organisation, including data entre of all company transactions in Xero and other software. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also co-ordinate office and some factory activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls, parts and logistics.
Competent level of Accounts Payable and Receivable all general office duties
Proven work experience in front office or similar role.
* Competent level of computer proficiency with Xero, Excel, Word
* Data entry required
* Excellent organisational skills
* multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks.

* Experience in administration or reception
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Remuneration negotiable based on experience etc
