Georgiana Molloy Anglican School is seeking an Early Childhood Coordinator (Pre-Kindy to Year 2) to join our dynamic Primary School team.
This permanent, full-time role includes a 0.60FTE teaching load and provides the opportunity to shape learning and wellbeing outcomes for our youngest learners while leading a dedicated team of educators.
About the Role
The Early Childhood Coordinator provides leadership across Pre-Kindy to Year 2, guiding staff in the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based teaching and pastoral care aligned with the Vision for Learning. Working collaboratively with school leadership, you will:
- Lead curriculum development, pedagogy, and assessment in the Early Years.
- Foster a culture of care, inclusion, and wellbeing.
- Support staff through mentoring, professional learning, and program development.
- Ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS, and child-safe standards.
- Build strong connections with families and the wider school community.
- Model best practice through your own classroom teaching.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and innovative educator who:
- Holds a relevant teaching qualification and current TRBWA registration.
- Has proven experience with the WA Curriculum, EYLF, and NQS.
- Demonstrates a passion for Early Childhood education and a deep understanding of child development.
- Inspires staff, students, and families with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes positively to whole-school initiatives.
- Supports and upholds the Anglican ethos of the School.
