Immediate Start A leading equipment hire/sales company Is looking for an Office Administrator to work within their workshop and service division.
- The successful applicant will be required to manage the movements of the companies field service technicians.
- Generating invoices, filing, photo copying, scanning and assisting technicians to record and report all client damage and assist coordination of spare parts and service scheduling.
- Performing general office administrative duties as required and operational requirements as needed.
- Answering phone calls and liaise with sub hire companies and clients.

This company is experiencing growth and is looking for motivated staff to join their awesome team.

What is on offer
- $36 per hour casual
- 8am to 4pm, possible overtime as required
- Welcoming progressive company

Ideally the successful applicant will have
- Reliable vehicle and licence
- Intermediate knowledge of general IT packages and ability to easily adapt to new software
- Excellent verbal communication and organisational skills
