About Us
CrispAir is a long-standing (approximately 40 years) residential air-conditioning company operating across the extended Perth metro area. We specialise in servicing and installing high-quality reverse-cycle systems, including ducted air conditioning, split systems and complete home-comfort solutions.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our high-performing, customer-focused team.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to customers. You will work closely with our service technicians, gather accurate job information, prepare estimates, and order parts and materials from suppliers.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or call centre experience who wants to join a reputable, well-established air-conditioning company.
You Bring
* A positive, upbeat attitude and professional demeanour
* Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
* Strong CRM and computer skills
* High energy, self-motivation and a goal-driven mindset
* Must live in Perth and have full Australian work rights
* Nice to have air-conditioning or trade-services experience
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound phone and email enquiries and convert them into booked jobs
* Accurately capture and enter customer and job details into our systems
* Follow up past leads and existing customers to maximise bookings
* Promote CrispAir's installation quality, warranties, service plans and after-sales support
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong customer service skills with a confident, friendly phone manner
* Ability to learn new software quickly
* Basic understanding of air-conditioning systems (advantageous)
