Reporting to the Business Manager Processing, you will be responsible for Supervising the Business Support team, ensuring daily administration activity is achieved to standard and required levels of attention to business planning, operational budgets and productivity improvement is met.
About you: As a highly organised professional your background in commercial business and leadership will ensure your success in this role.
Your deep understanding of administration processes and improvement strategy will assist you leading a high performing team that provides above standard and streamlined customer service.
Duties: Providing leadership, support and guidance to a team of administrators Manage and expedite priority issues with/on behalf of relevant stakeholders Identify and plan resourcing requirements for Business Support teams Collaborate with the Business Support Supervisor at the Mine to ensure alignment of administrative support and processes on a regular basis Active involvement in the Business Improvement function by analysing and improving business processes Skills and Experience: An ability to be a strong leader which may include previous experience in a leadership position An ability to build a cohesive team and to manage people effectively.
