As a key part of the thriving Commercial Banking business, we serve companies with turnovers between $30M and $150M, meeting needs like cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and investments.

As a Senior Associate, you will be passionate about customer service and focused on achieving our goal of being number 1 in client satisfaction. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain or to increase your exposure to sophisticated Corporate Banking clients/deals with a solid and successful business.
Your role will involve:
* Financial modelling and analysis relating to Business and/or Commercial Banking clients.
* Prepare credit submissions for new facilities and coordination of deal execution through documentation and funding.
* Manage the portfolio's data quality, compliance and reporting requirements such as pipeline leads, calls, contacts and revenues versus plan.
* Annual reviews, performance monitoring, and reporting of client financial and operational performance to risk management.
* Fostering strong working relationships with a range of Specialist teams.
* Structure and clearly articulate the credit merits of a transaction, including identifying and mitigating key risks.
What are we looking for?
* Strong business banking credit writing skills and strong commercial acumen
* Demonstrable strength in financial analysis of balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flow forecasting
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
* Client service experience in a commercial or business banking environment.
* Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions with 'new to bank' transactional and credit risk experience.
* A tertiary business/finance and/or commerce qualification would be highly regarded.
