With continued growth and innovation, they’re now looking for an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their close-knit finance team. Ideally across five days with flexible, school-hour-friendly working options. The Role: Reporting to a supportive and approachable Financial Controller, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This is a varied and hands-on role where your experience will be valued, and your contribution genuinely appreciated. Responsibilities include: Managing accounts payable and receivable (low volume, high accuracy) Performing daily and monthly bank reconciliations Account reconciliations and general ledger support Handling insurance renewals and processing claims Inter-company account reconciliation Maintaining the Fixed Assets register Preparing Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) documentation Supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations Preparing prepayments, accruals, and contributing to cash flow forecasts The Candidate: You’ll bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and can hit the ground running.
