About the role:
Operating within Graduations & Protocol, the National Manager - Graduations & Protocols is responsible for managing the delivery and execution of an exceptional, high quality graduations, protocol services, events, ceremonial and other conferral functions across all ACU campuses. The annual graduation ceremonies are one of the University's foremost public events attended by some 6,000 graduands and 14,000 guests therefore plays an important role in enhancing ACU's image. Leading a dedicated team of Graduation Coordinators and Administration Officers, the National Manager - Graduations & Protocol will ensure the maintenance of ongoing external and internal relationships, business ownership of streamlined processes and co-ordination of all tasks required to provide a memorable experience for staff, students, guests and the ACU community. As this position oversees the management, production and delivery of onsite events and ceremonies across ACU campus interstate travel is required.
