About the Role
- You will work closely with our cattle, performing a variety of tasks including mustering, processing, and monitoring their health.
With a dedication to animal welfare and quality assurance to contribute to their overall well-being, following our motto “Happy healthy cattle are the best cattle”
- From ploughing and planting to harvesting hay, silage, and grain, you'll be involved in the day-to-day operations of crop and fodder production.
- You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining tractors, front-end loaders, and other farm machinery, ensuring they're in positive working order.
- You will contribute to sustainable land management practices on our farm.
From weed and pest control to erosion prevention and drought preparedness, you'll play a vital role in preserving our natural environment.
- Showcase your practical skills by assisting with general maintenance and repairs around the farm.
From fixing fences to maintaining water supply equipment, your handy skills will help keep our farm running smoothly.
- You will have a passion and drive for the agriculture industry and want to be a part of seeing Buena Vista reach its full potential.

- Proven competency and previous experience in similar roles is essential for this position
