Your next opportunityWe are actively seeking a Project Manager to help lead a major project in Exmouth WA.
In this role, you'll take the lead on planning, organising, and completing jobs safely, on time and within budget.
You'll work closely with teams on-site to keep things running smoothly.
If you're organised, hands-on, and ready to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.This is a FIFO role, 3 weeks on and 1 week off.
The role is contracted for 24 months.Your day will involve:Leading the Concrete team to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality servicePromoting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across people and processesDriving cross-functional collaboration with the client, external suppliers and internal business unitsProcessing production costs and managing raw materialsCoaching and developing team members to deliver industry-leading service with zero harmManaging the concrete team in a remote locationPreparing weekly forecasts and analysing financial reportsPlanning works to meet delivery deadlines at short noticeEnsuring compliance with Boral's OH&S, environmental, and quality standardsMonitoring job progress, contractual requirements and client reporting as neededWhat are we looking for?
Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety and team developmentPractical knowledge of OH&S and environmental legislationStrong communication and coaching skillsProject and operations management experienceUnderstanding of Concrete batch plants, processes, and quality standardsFinancial literacy and ability to analyse reportsCustomer-focused mindset with a knack for building strong relationshipsValid driver's licence and a clean driving recordWhat's on offer?
