What your day could look like
As an Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in helping people access screening and follow-up faster. From coordinating smooth client journeys to supporting clinical workflows, you'll work with a close-knit team to make every visit easier and every outcome count.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Orchestrating appointments and client communications so people feel informed, heard and on time.
Maintaining accurate records and data to support safe, high-quality screening and timely reporting.
Coordinating documents, results and imaging transfers to keep the care pathway moving without delay.
Sharing know-how, supporting colleagues and suggesting improvements that lift service quality.
Let's talk about you!
You bring capability and care in equal measure. Calm on a busy front desk and thoughtful on the phone, you know how to listen, prioritise and solve problems. You're proud of the trust you build with clients at what can be an anxious time, and you live our values, Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage, every day.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Strong interpersonal and written skills, with experience in client-facing admin roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn clinical or imaging systems.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently while contributing to a team.
Current C Class driver licence; able to travel locally and perform manual handling as required.
Able to meet PPE requirements (e.g., N95 fit testing) and work occasional after-hours or weekends.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience with medical typing/transcription and/or familiarity with imaging platforms or screening program databases.
Most importantly, you're passionate about enabling equitable access to women's health services and the small moments of care that make a big difference. Together, we'll help more people access care, delivered with compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage.
