PhysioSport Deakin is seeking to employ a permanent part-time receptionist. Approximately 25 hours a week.
This role will involve managing the front reception desk, liaising with patients, supporting physiotherapy staff, and general administration duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcoming patients
* Scheduling appointments
* Answering telephone calls and enquiries
* Invoicing and processing payments including HICAPS
* Administration support
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Available to work between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday
* Previous customer service experience
* Professional and personable telephone manner
* Proficient computer skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to prioritise tasks
* High standard of presentation
* Accounting experience welcome but not essential
