Brisbane Fire Safety Management Pty Ltd is an established provider offering installation, service and maintenance of Fire Protection Systems. We're looking for an organised, proactive and customer‑focused Administration Officer to join our team and support our field Technicians and current Administration staff.


About the Role

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Administration Officer, based in the Greater Brisbane Area. As an Administration Officer you'll schedule work, communicate with clients, allocate technicians, and ensure statutory compliance requirements are met. A large volume of invoicing and maintenance will also form part of your responsibilities. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys problem‑solving on the fly.


Qualifications

* Knowledge or experience in the Fire Protection Industry is a PLUS
* Proficient with service/field management software (Simpro & Uptick – or willing to learn)
* Experience in service coordination, scheduling or similar
* Strong communication skills and confident dealing with clients and technicians
* Excellent organisation and time management
* High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, prioritize tasks, multitask and maintain attention to detail
* Proficiency in General Administration & office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and able to handle daily office tasks effectively and efficiently
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
