Job Title

Companion Carer Role: Provide Exceptional In-Home Care and Support.

This role offers a chance to work in a supportive environment, provide high-quality care, and truly make a difference in the lives of clients.

* Provide personal care and assist with daily activities, following the Client Care Plan.
* Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
* Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure holistic care.

* Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
* Current Senior First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications
* A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence
* NDIS Screening (or willingness to get)
* Strong expertise in mental health care

* Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
* Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence.
