Job Title: Leading Hand HD Mechanic Fitter
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Leading Hand HD Mechanic Fitter to join our team at the Tropicana Gold Mine.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanic with leadership skills to take on a key role in our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of heavy earthmoving equipment, as well as mentoring and supervising junior tradespeople.
About the Role
* FIFO from Perth or Kalgoorlie
* 2/2 or 8/6, 7/7 roster available (nights and days)
* Market uplift allowance - paid quarterly

About You
* At least 1yr experience in a Leadership role
* At least 5yrs experience as a tradesperson, preferably within a mine site environment
* Australian recognised Trade Certificate in Mobile Plant
* Extensive knowledge of a range of heavy earthmoving equipment and underground ancillary plant
* Detailed knowledge of mining and safety regulations
* Great interpersonal and communication skills
* Current C Class Drivers Licence – manual (Mandatory)
