Customer Experience Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team in the Southbank office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer relationships through regular contact and effectively managing your call plan to understand customer needs, journey, size & potential.
* Achieving individual and team revenue and distribution targets against call attempts/connections, sales conversion rates and customer loyalty.
* Supporting business change initiatives and contributing to continuous improvement projects.
* Utilizing sales tools and techniques to enhance sales capability.
