Weekes Property Co. is a boutique agency that has been operating successfully in the Bundaberg Region since 2019. As media & marketing facilitators, our approach to real estate is unique, supported by systems designed to assist our staff in their roles.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a high-performing individual with a positive attitude who strives for excellence. Our commitment to providing exceptional property management services requires you to be reliable, dependable, approachable, and a team player.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections and prepare thorough entry and exit condition reports.
2. Facilitate leasing operations, including property viewings, applicant screening, and tenant onboarding.
3. Handle tenant communications professionally and efficiently.
4. Manage maintenance requests and oversee their resolution.
5. Coordinate lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management.
6. Develop strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

What we're looking for:

* 1-2 years of experience in property management (preferred).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
* Knowledge of tenancy legislation.
* Proficiency with property management software.
* The position can be tailored to your experience level.
