Strategist – Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

We're not another "leads" agency, we design and run account-centric strategies that move the needle in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Strategist who can bridge strategy and execution, and who's hungry to make an impact with some of the most ambitious B2B tech companies in the world.
What you'll do:
* Design and execute ABM and go-to-market strategies for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
* Work directly with sales and marketing leaders to align campaigns with real pipeline outcomes.
* Research and profile accounts, distilling insights into actionable plays.
* Review and shape creative, ensuring campaigns cut through and reflect what "good" looks like.
* Present strategies and results directly to clients (yes, you'll be in the room with C-levels).
* Drive alignment between marketing and sales across messaging, tactics, and execution.
What we're looking for:
* Strong understanding of B2B tech / SaaS and how complex sales cycles work.
* Experience working across both marketing and sales functions.
* Ability to collate information from multiple sources and turn it into a clear, actionable plan.
* Client-facing presence: confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Sharp eye for creative: you know when something is average vs. exceptional.
* Willing to put in the effort.
