**Your Role at Baxter**:
A great opportunity has become available for a Full Time, **Permanent**position** to join the ANZ Planning Team to **lead supply and demand planning** functions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in forecast accuracy, inventory management, and logistics costs. Drive effective Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) meetings to create accurate demand forecasts and supply plans. **Reporting to Director of Integrated Supply Chain** you will **manage inventory** at country/cluster level, mitigate supply exceptions, and communicate with cross-functional teams to **address inventory and demand gaps.** Provide **strategic leadership** and identify** continuous improvement** initiatives to **optimize inventory** turns, service levels, and profitability
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement, and complete strategic supply management processes in support of supply chain and business objectives.
- Lead SI&OP/Operating Review meetings, identify business critical issues, and facilitate discussion and decision making in support of goals & objectives.
- Lead and facilitate demand review meetings between demand planning, commercial, finance, and key collaborators to build an accurate demand forecast.
- Lead and facilitate supply review meetings between market planning and production plants to generate appropriate supply and inventory plan to meet customer demand and business objectives.
- Develop and own the inventory plan and execution for the market. Drive for inventory optimization opportunity analysis and deployment. Provide management with inventory projections and proactively identify service level issues.
- Own the communication strategy to the commercial team for supply issues. Lead commercial meetings to review pipelines and manage country fulfillment. Communicate any required parameter changes for cluster/country.
- Accountable for the integrity of master data within JDE.
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in support of central initiatives within the planning organization and across the business units.
- Manage key planning team members - demand planning, inventory, market planning, and master data.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 7+ years experience in Supply Chain Management which has included demand or supply planning.
- B.A./B.S. in Supply Chain, Operations, or a business-related field.
- Preferably APICS certified.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups (including influencing, communication, negotiating, and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization.
- Leading and developing a diverse team, preferably in a planning function.
**Skills/Technical**:
- In-depth understanding of all aspects of planning and business theory, including planning and inventory management, service levels, and business trade-offs.
- Expert understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP - Preferably JDE) and Advanced Planning Systems (APS - Preferably
