Aged Care Role
We are seeking caring and committed Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our team at Caloundra Place. The role offers flexible shifts across a rotating roster and various benefits including paid parental leave, scholarship opportunities for further education, and referral bonuses.
Assistants in Nursing work closely with the elderly, providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding and toileting.
* Required Skills:
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care is highly regarded for this position.
* You will be reliable, passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with residents and families while also promoting teamwork among staff members.
