DIAKOB Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Analyst to join our growing research team and support global market research and expert network engagements.
Role Overview & Purpose
The purpose of the Senior Research Analyst role is to lead and deliver high-quality market research and expert-network projects that enable informed decision-making for international clients. The role is critical to ensuring rigorous research execution, effective expert recruitment, and consistent quality standards, while also strengthening team capability through mentorship, training, and operational support.
The Senior Research Analyst will work closely with leadership to drive project excellence, support team performance, and contribute to DIAKOB's continued growth as a global research organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage research projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
Identify, evaluate, and recruit relevant industry experts for client consultations
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to generate actionable insights
Ensure quality control and compliance in expert profiling and research deliverables
Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development
Lead onboarding and training for new team members
Support the Team Lead in achieving project KPIs and operational targets
Build and maintain a strong expert network across multiple industries
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in market research, expert networks, or a similar role
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Sales Navigator, Excel, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and research tools is preferred
