Responsibilities
As a Sales Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients
* Building and maintaining strong relationships through regular calls, meetings and emails
* Identifying client needs and delivering tailored sales solutions
* Executing the end-to-end sales process, including quoting, negotiating and closing deals
* Maintaining accurate records and customer information using Salesforce
* Representing the business at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach and a clear focus on delivering results.
Your Profile
We are looking for a confident and capable individual who brings:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
* A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience working with commercial clients and achieving sales targets will be highly regarded.
