This role is for a Manager of Sales and Marketing
Requirements
* 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing management with proven success in management of SEO specialist and development.
* Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMRush and Screaming Frog.
* Strong knowledge of webmaster tools, including Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console, and the broader suite of Google tools.
* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
* Proficiency in SEO best practices and data analysis tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
* Ability to create and present strategic marketing plans and reports in PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and dedication to project completion.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and meeting client goals.
* Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.
* Managing the digital marketing team and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
* Leading brand management and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
* Collaborating with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
* Monitoring team KPIs and performance analytics to assess marketing effectiveness.
* Managing relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant certifications, such as Google Skillshop, are desired but not essential.
* Experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify or WooCommerce, is highly desired.
* Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools
