In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily control room operations, managing incident responses, monitoring security systems, compiling reports, and ensuring adherence to site policies.We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of various CCTV, access control systems and investigation report writing.Duties include but are not limited to:Monitor CCTV systems and alarms to ensure constant surveillance and early detection of any security risks.Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies, escalating issues as required.Collaborate with emergency services to coordinate responses to incidents.Regularly test and maintain security systems to ensure they are fully operational.Provide clear and concise communication.Ideal candidates will have:Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Excellent communication skills.Experience in using Milestone CCTV, Inner Range/Infiniti Security System and resolver reporting system would be preferable.Proven experience working in a security control room.Requirements:Full Australian working rights.Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations.Valid Victorian Security licence with control room subcategory.Working with children check (or willing to obtain).Valid First Aid and CPR (or willing to obtain).Full Victorian Drivers licence.How to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
