Accounts Management Specialist
Our company provides seamless accounts management for small business clients.
As an Accounts Management Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll processing, superannuation and tax compliance, and monthly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and reconcile financial transactions in a timely manner.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
* Process payroll and manage superannuation, tax and workcover compliance.
* Prepare and lodge ATO activity statements and other financial reports as required.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
* Experience in accounts management with a public practice background.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
