Job Description
The role involves delivering business improvement projects that optimize processes, workflows, and service delivery. You will be responsible for conducting reviews, assisting with software testing, and providing user training for new systems.
You will analyze and interpret data to support business decisions, collaborate with software users, project managers, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions and support.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Possesses a tertiary qualification in IT and/or relevant experience.
* Has exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Has demonstrated skills in PC Applications Software, including Microsoft suite of programs and electronic record management systems.
* Possesses strong communication skills to deliver customer service through various channels.

Additional Information
This is a fixed-term position (2 years) working full-time (35 hours per week). Flexible work arrangements will be considered.
